This is the latest cookbook I am lusting after. I don't normally go in for celebrity books, but apparently this little diva knows her way around a kitchen.

Does anybody here already have it? What do you think of it?

I do!
I have made only one thing so far and it is the shepherds pie, made it about 5 times now and it is divine. In fact made it this very week. There is more I want to try but have been addicted to pioneerwoman.com for new recipes.

Thanks for the input!

Are there also a lot of stories included or is it mainly just recipes? I like cookbooks with anecdotes.

I had no idea until recently that her family has been here in Texas since before it was a state.
