Why use instant when you can brew actual coffee beans in a press pot in the same amount of time? Freeze-dried, processed crystals are never going to taste as good as the real deal. If they're good enough for you, they're good enough for you, but obviously, this crappy house brand is not.
Instant coffee is gross IMO. I need to make a fresh cup or pot of "real" coffee. I use my keurig and it comes out perfect every time.
Please refer to the "Perfumed Yuppie" comments.............not saying you are............but instant is usually beneath the Upper Crust.

No.......instant coffee is fine with me. That stuff I bought was absolutely tasteless/odorless...........I have NEVER come across instant like that before.
In fact, most instant I have drank, including Walmart's value brand(not Pampa), are actually quite good. My biggest gripe with the Pampa is it must have about 10% as much caffeine as most other instant coffees.
Pampa is a brand of Transnational Foods, a company that sources food globally from Asia and Latin America. They also produce a wide variety of private label brands for most of the large supermarket chains.

I will admitt I am a bit of a coffee yuppie or snob and I am not afraid to say I am but I don't like those fancy Frapps or espresso drinks too strong and lots of calories and I hate the tatse of starbucks, I am a maxwell house fan for years but since getting my keurig I have tried some other coffees. Flavored coffee is yuck, plain caffinated is fine by me. Either extra bold medium roast or just medium roast and sometimes columbian supremo.
