There really is no typical foods, thats like saying everyone from the south eats squirrel.

My kids would eat it, so they could tell their Aunt that they ate fish head and sea monster pie I love fish and lobster and it actually looks kind of neat, so I would also eat it.

Well, I don't know why I wouldn't eat it - I bake fish whole sometimes, head on, and this looks like fish Wellington, sort of. It does remind me however, of the nursery rhyme of "four-and-twenty blackbirds baked in a pie."
