Not counting what you might add or mix in, which is more nutritious...cabbage coleslaw or broccoli slaw? Do the stalks of broccoli have as many nutrients as the tops?

I do not KNOW the answer, but my opinion is that the greener a vegetable is, the more nutrition is in it.

According to here, broccoli is more nutritious than cabbage.
