I love to have an occasional omelet, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, waffles...
But for every day, I would have to go with toast or cereal. If I had to pick just one, I would probably go with toast and hope that I could vary the type of bread and topping used. If it had to be the same bread/topping I would choose lightly buttered whole grain.

Ugh, screw that. Being on an empty stomach is bad enough (even though I've skipped almost as many breakfasts as I've had) but with caffeine in your gut?
Now, I know it's unhealthy, so I would include even more fruits and veggies in my diet than I do now (which is a lot) if I actually ate that stuff everyday.

Sounds like something that would be popular in the islands. What about some pineapple with that? Spam is very popular in the Philippines, did you know there's a spam restaurant with things on the menu made with spam (spam burgers, spam curry.etc)?
Anything but a western breakfast. Western breakfasts are so horrifically overrated and nothing more than high amounts of saturated fat, sugar, and processed bleached flour.
