Who else uses Old Bay seafood seasoning? (shrimp, calories, French)

Use it frequently. I like to add it to the pasta water when I have a dish where it would be consistent. Certainly, anything with shrimp or crab in it, but not limited to those.

I used it a lot when living in Philly and have seen it gain popularity out west ...... it's funny now how I have people coming up to me talking about how they love Old Bay, like a revelation
I used to be semi-addicted to Utz Crab Chips and would frequently coat french fries in old bay ...... i'd say those are my most common non-seafood uses
Maybe I'm going to have to get some. I've never used it, but I've seen it in recipes, and either left it out or used some Emeril's Fish Rub instead. I need to expand my seafood recipes...
I have never used it either. does it have alot of sodium???
