I used to drink cafe au laits with a caramel shot. These days I usually just get a small Americano.

My original 'always drink' was the grande drip in a venti cup (cuz I pour tons of milk in there).
$1.68

Now I only go there every once in a while (every couple of months or so) if someone else wants to go...and I'll get like a tall 5 pump low water chai. I like a lot of the BAM spicy chai taste.

What is your original hot Starbucks drink?
Grande Skim Decaf Caramel Macchiato, although lately I prefer the iced version much better.

And of course, my tried and true, Americano, because it does the job, and has nearly no calories.

Sorry, I posted it like I order it and didn't explain what it was. Chai is black tea in cooked milk (however Starbucks uses steamed milk) w/ spices and optional sweetners.

The drink in detail is as follows:
Venti Vanilla Chai Latte (Standard drink consists of Vanilla Syrup, Chai Syrup and Lowfat Milk and sometimes water)
+2 Extra Pumps of Chai
+2 Extra Pumps of Vanilla
-Lowfat Cow Milk
+Soy Milk
-Water

Sometimes I get Cow Milk instead of Soy Milk.

The cup encoding reads something like Ch7V7SoyNw

Used to get the tall mocha when I went to Starbucks sporadically. Now that I go more frequently I stick with a grande Pike Place Roast.

I either get a grande nonfat dirty chai latte, or a grande London fog (earl grey w/ pump of vanilla.)

What's with all the "nonfat" brouhaha. I don't get it.

I was in the coffee shop the other day. Dude comes out of a BMW, a cookie cutter yuppie, he is in decent shape and he somehow ends up ahead of me in the line.

"Large with non fat milk"

The crocodile was up next.

"Large with real milk"

People around erupted in laughter.

Eye pissing contest starts. Stern look. Stern look back. Dude leaves. Crocodile leaves too.

I've been loading up on straight from the cow milk over and over, and am still wearing a 30-31 waist pants. I'm not dead.

I've sworn off the starbucks cult. Their coffee makes me sick these days anyway, like some genie went into the stomach. Give me authentic local coffee shops any day.

I still go to starbucks. Am a mug collector. But if I were to drink the eeww they serve, I'll take a white chocolate mocha with "real" milk.
