I don't think I can name a favorite: we love steak with grilled veggies, also love tuna cassarole plus several chicken dishes, with mornay chicken being my favorite. yes, braised ribs or pork shoulder is toward the top as well.
I guess mine would probably be pasta with clam sauce or with mussels. W/ grated cheese. And, tossed salad on the side, along with crusty, grainy bread. Dessert, maybe a piece of Tiramisu or Lemon Meringue pie or a big homeade brownie with nuts.
1. Surf and turf with green salad or a clear soup.
2. Broiled salmon, mashed potatoes, asparagus, shrimp cocktail appetizer
