I voted once every couple weeks because, when I'm home alone I rarely eat any meat at all, but when I'm with my husband we eat lamb at least once a week - often more like three times a week.
I'd eat it about once a fortnight. Too expensive for any more than that.... lamb cutlets on BBQ hmmm

^^ thats my favourite too. A lot of my friends are greek, its not uncommon for them to have a lamb out the back, over some coals.. slow cooked with lemon etc. You know they're serious when they've made their own electronic rotisserie.
The only lamb I will eat is gyro meat, which I am told is processed with both beef and lamb. Other than that if lamb meat never existed i'd wouldn't miss it. I voted I have never eaten lamb which isn't true considering I have eaten gyro meat oops!

And I always thought Gyros were all lamb. Now I'm confused about what I have had after reading this:
" Greek gyros, which are usually made with whole pieces of thinly-sliced marinated pork skewered in a large stack on the rotisserie before being cooked and shaved, Greek-American gyros are made with a large, sausage-like cone of seasoned minced lamb and beef."
I have only had lamb in souvlaki(well i think it was lamb) and one time I tasted a leg of lamb. The meat is OK but I have never tried to cook it myself

For what it's worth, almost all the gyros I've ever eaten that I've known about what they're made of (in the US and Canada) has been beef-lamb mix.
No, I dont eat it. Ive tried it several times and it has a nasty earthy flavor I dont care for.
