Hot blackberry sundae. Blackberries cooked with sugar and cornstarch until thick and served over vanilla ice cream. It was a hit with DH! Plus, I picked and froze another two quarts.

We have a blackberry patch on our property, plus the vacant (abandoned) property next door is oergrown with blackberry brambles. I've been over there picking every day.
