Actually I did; someone brought in a tray of assorted fruit that was very good.

I like fruit but like it better when someone else does the cleaning, peeling and cutting up.

I had a banana and yesterday I had grapes and an orange. I have been on a red grape kick latley. I had to stop at the store last night for one thing and decided to buy another bunch of grapes. They were so sweet.I will buy more fruit today when I go shopping. Banana's, grapes and oranges are my favorite followed by cantaloupe and watermelon.

I just had a banana with my coffee while waiting for my sleeping husband to wake up. We'll have fresh oranges at breakfast later this morning.

We have fruit or juice for breakfast every morning and fresh fruit at least one more time each day. Today it will be berries for lunch.

We've been making strawberry banana smoothies almost every morning for breakfast for the last couple of weeks. I add oats to them to get our fiber in there too. Yummy!
