you are right. I don't know what is best, todays contant exposure to 24/7 news which ends up being a drama in the making too often, but it does protect us from some deadly exposures or the olden days, when se did just fine,not knowing?

It is the ground product in the recall. Not filets or tuna steaks. Who eats that gunk? Yuck! It is the raw equivalent of a hot dog...but uncooked. Things like this are alarmist. Sushi is fine to eat, at a high quality place. Don't eat at "Sushi -Rama"....
