Bacon wrapped jalepenos stuffed with cream cheese. Heaven. I will skip the bacon coffin though.....
I forgot about those - so good! I think Pioneer Woman has a recipe for those - not that it's so complex, but I think that's where I first saw the idea.
It seems that it might make a good salad dressing or component of one but strikes me as a bit strange in coffee. There is a review on amazon. Adding some to scrambled eggs or the butter surrounding fried eggs could be nice.
When preparing baked macaroni and cheese use the recipe of your choice but don't use any topping. Lay strips of raw bacon (regular slice, not thick) across the top covering the mixture. Bake as you usually do. The bacon will not become crisp but will be thoriughly cooked.
