I forgot about those - so good! I think Pioneer Woman has a recipe for those - not that it's so complex, but I think that's where I first saw the idea.

And now we have kosher bacon syrup.

//www.city-data.com/forum/food-...con-syrup.html

It seems that it might make a good salad dressing or component of one but strikes me as a bit strange in coffee. There is a review on amazon. Adding some to scrambled eggs or the butter surrounding fried eggs could be nice.

Torani Bacon Syrup 375 ml Bottle: Amazon.com: Grocery & Gourmet Food

Another excellent place for bacon but not kosher.

When preparing baked macaroni and cheese use the recipe of your choice but don't use any topping. Lay strips of raw bacon (regular slice, not thick) across the top covering the mixture. Bake as you usually do. The bacon will not become crisp but will be thoriughly cooked.

Yum, yum, yum.

DandJ,

Since all dogs go to Heaven to spend eternity with those they love rest assured you'll be there with Artie. 'Twill be a grand party with no more food sensitivities. Artie can drink bacon fat if he so desires.
