Top 3:

1) Ice cream, especially sundae's. I wish I didn't like that stuff as much as I do.

2) Chocolate cake

3) Chocolate chip cookies

I like chocolate eclairs. With the custard-y filling and chocolate frosting. I can eat two with no problem. There is a bakery near me and I take a detour around it because I'm too weak to resist.

My other fave is "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brownies". Make your brownie batter as usual, spread it in the pan. Cut up a couple of Milky Way or Snickers bars and put the pieces throughout the batter. Bake as usual. Frost with chocolate ganache and before you even eat one, you've gained three pounds! With a scoop of ice cream, make that eight pounds!

The only time I ever have a "dessert" is at the Chinese buffet, where I make two huge soft serve ice cream cones for myself.

My wife's 3 fruit cheese cake (strawberry, cherry and blueberry)--she makes a standard 12" New York style cheesecake--and just divides the fruit topping into thirds over the top of the cheesecake, it's a great taste when a small amount of the fruit topping starts to mix together along with the cheesecake.

Not much of a dessert person, but I really love candy. Like, um, lemonheads. Or chewy sweettarts/spree.

So I have traded those for dried fruit instead.

Another thing I LOVE is those fried apple pies from McDonald's that you can only get overseas or in Hawaii. Whenever I travel, I always try to find a McD's just for that.

I really like that thai dessert - it's custard on sticky rice. Again, don't get to eat that much - maybe once or twice a year. Usually no one else is interested in splitting it with me and we rarely eat out.

A restaurant here has quatro leches cake. It's tres leches cake with another sauce poured all over it. Holy crap. Best. Cake. Ever. Again, don't get to have it more than once or twice a year, because we don't eat out.

Tiramisu! I have no idea how bad it is for you, but if I ever have dessert, it'll be that. Love it!

Cream puffs. I think I have one every five years or so; otherwise, I'd explode.

There is a restaurant in my city that makes a coconut hot fudge sundae:

large glass bowl, the interior is coated with hot fudge, then covered with coconut flakes.

then, several scoops of vanilla ice cream

then more hot fudge poured on top, with even more coconut sprinkled on top of that,

topped with plenty of whipped cream and a cherry

heaven in a bowl!

CF cheesecake. I worked for them so I know the true calorie count in each slice. Don't bother asking me because you'll never eat one again
