The best one is the one that's in front of me.

I can more easily tell you what I don't like on a pizza: too much meat, too much cheese, not enough sauce, crust too thin or too thick or too doughy.

I think Chicago pizza, both thick and thin, are the best. It's just delicious.

As a long time Pizza maker myself, I have found simple sauce and cheese pizza does me well...

I do love a good white Pie also...

For a normal neopolitan Pie, A lightly spiced sauce and good cheese...

Thin crsut from John's of bleeker in NYC is great. But I will also say Pizza from good ole Brooklyn NY beats any pizza in the rest of the U.S. IMO.

New York style pizza. A thin crust, flavorful tomato sauce, and fresh mozzarella.

NY Style. John's in the Village or Patsy's in Spanish Harlem.

Aglio e olio with sliced onions on thin crust. Simplicity defined.

I always make my own and play with the toppings. I make the crust and sauce from scratch because it seems to me it makes all the difference. I put a little mashed potato in the crust to make it nice and crispy. While I love playing with it, my favorite combination so far has been: alfredo sauce, sliced tomatoes, black beans, sliced jalapenos, artichoke hearts and mozzarella cheese....I could eat it every day but for the calories.

Deep dish pepperoni pizza. I am not picky when it comes to pizza, I will even eat Pizza Hut and Domino's.
