I'd eat them. Pickles are preserved in brine, which is salt and vinegar and pickling spices. But that's just me. You do what makes you comfortable. I know people who throw food away if they don't put it away the minute they finish supper. If it was mayo, or milk, I'd probably dump it, but pickles? No.

I'd eat them, when you buy pickles in the sotre most of them are not in the fridge anyway except for the claussen brand.

I've seen them served at a local BBQ restaurant chain in a condiment area that is not refrigerated.
