Learning about seafood/fish? (hawaiian, Hawaii, great)

Here is a great website if you are at all interested in increasing your knowledge of
"good" fish/seafood.

I know that many of these fish are not going to be available to some folks, however, if
you ever get to Hawaiian or the West coast or the South Pacific this is very helpful
information.
