Evey-lol you sound like me! Have just a few things that I'm comfortable making. My mother is not a good cook either-so the kitchen isn't my favorite place either. I could also eat steak 7 nights a week-quick,easy & always delicious. Tonight-hmmm my son is in Virginia with his grandparents (spring break) definetly not cooking for just myself-probably a store bought rotisserie chicken and salad.
