Evey-lol you sound like me! Have just a few things that I'm comfortable making. My mother is not a good cook either-so the kitchen isn't my favorite place either. I could also eat steak 7 nights a week-quick,easy & always delicious. Tonight-hmmm my son is in Virginia with his grandparents (spring break) definetly not cooking for just myself-probably a store bought rotisserie chicken and salad.
Cil it's strawberry season. Take advantage of it while you can. Last year I discovered that it's not much more trouble to make whipped cream than anything else, takes 2 minutes.
Problem is that I've gotten into my head that it is now my favorite food ever, so I keep going back to the frige for just one more taste!
Time for more green veggies...
I should break down and make some, the kid would love it.
I love the real whipped cream almost as much as the cake and strawberries.
