I recently found fresh epazote at a Latin market close to us. Occasionally they have ripe jalapenos (red), which I think have a much fruitier flavor, even though they are generally spicier than green. I much prefer them for ABTs.

They call those Fresno chilies around here. I rarely see them but when I do, I load up.

lemon grass
amchoor powder
kafir leaves
annato

epazote
fenugreek seeds
tahini
tamarind paste
nori
galangal

I've been a fan of pickapeppa sauce for years but only recently has it come to the area I moved too. I was thrilled to finally find it at a local grocery store.

I've bought Fresno peppers, have a couple in the fridge right now, they are a different shape than the jalapenos. At least that is what the grocery store calls them.

Good stuff! It also makes for an easy appetizer/party snack with a block of cream cheese. Just pour over it until it overflows over the side. Service it with crackers and fried plantain chips which compliment the Pick a Peppa sauce really nicely.
use it exclusively on cottage cheese, because mom served it that way
Such a nice old fashioned spice blend. I use it in egg salad and potato salad. My late sister in law turned me on to it, so it always reminds me of her.
