I keep a pot of oregano growing so I always have fresh. In addition to all the obvious Italian dishes, I have yet to find a dish that isn't better with fresh oregano added. It's particularly good with sautéed shrimp (added in the cooking process).

I'm a big fan of Bragg's Liquid Amino's (substitute for soy sauce) as well as Bragg's Coconut Aminos (which is a little bit sweeter but has hardly any sugar). Both are great for making fried rice. Or for cooking veggies.
