I love a thick slice of French or Italian bread -- you know, the white stuff.

I also love 12-grain bread for sandwiches.

Biscuits? Yeah, baby! One minute on the lips, 10 years on the hips! But I love 'em!

We all know whole grain bread is the best for digestion and fiber, and the overall healthiest. But what's your favorite type of bread? What's so yummy, all you need is to slap some butter on (or not) and take a bite outta heaven!

Mine are:

A good toasted Ciabatta
Homemade yeast rolls! Yes, please!
A wonderfully warm biscuit. Mmmmm....

Okay, now you go!!
I am right there with you but it isn't just bread it is anything that starts with dough.

Have you tried the Artisan Bread in 5 minutes a day? You talk about scrumptious and so good fresh out of the oven with whatever you are having for supper or just by itself with real butter on it.

A local bakery makes a sunflower seed/cranberry bread that I love, especially with cream cheese on it.

And they make a sun dried tomato/kalamata olive loaf that I like to dip in olive oil. Yum

My favorite? Homemade (Artisan Bread In 5 Minutes A Day OR HillbillyHousewife). I love biscuits with apple butter too.

I like SF sourdough or a French baguette but usually I try to stick to whole wheat bread.

Haven't heard of this Artisan Bread 5 mins a day? Is that something you buy retail, or you make?

Make it at home, you can get the real book at Barnes & Noble and I believe Book A Million or you can get the kindle version.

Excellent dough for bread, pizza, sourdough, crusty Italian and very quick and easy to put together.
