Admittedly, I'm a carb hooker; there, I said it! I could have bread as a part of every single meal, although my body type vehemently protests this habit.
We all know whole grain bread is the best for digestion and fiber, and the overall healthiest. But what's your favorite type of bread? What's so yummy, all you need is to slap some butter on (or not) and take a bite outta heaven!

A good toasted Ciabatta
Homemade yeast rolls! Yes, please!

I am right there with you but it isn't just bread it is anything that starts with dough.
Have you tried the Artisan Bread in 5 minutes a day? You talk about scrumptious and so good fresh out of the oven with whatever you are having for supper or just by itself with real butter on it.
