Not any one in particular but I went to the Grand Prix in Montreal and one of the things that's stayed in my memory is how absolutely outstanding the bread was no matter where we ate.

If you like brie and you ever stumble across either of these two cheeses, you must buy them. You will enjoy them tremendously. They are much less subtle than brie, which I find to be bland, and the creaminess is out of this world.

Considering the lengths some chefs go to in conjuring tasty foods it's really quite amazing how good and satisfying something as simple as flour, water, yeast, and salt can be when done right. Fortunately I can get some pretty decent bread where I live but the consistent quality in your beautiful city was just impossible to ignore.
