Oh I can't choose just one. I love chocolate fudge with whipped cream, peach, apple, key lime, pecan, coconut (but I have to scrape off the meringue, that stuff grosses me out). One of the best I remember ever having was a chocolate chip pecan pie. It was basically a pecan pie with choco chips in it. Served warm with vanilla ice cream. To die for! Also had a cobbler once that was virtually the same thing.
Where to start!!!....Apple, cherry, blueberry, peach, lemon meringue, key lime, lemonaid ice cream pie, pumpkin, banana cream, pecan.....
I forgot about lemonade pie. Unfortunately I never get to enjoy it because no one else in my family likes it. If I make one, I end up eating the entire pie, so I just don't make them anymore.
Shoofly pies! Mmm, I could eat it right this instant. I also like apple pie with the crumb topping.
