OK change in dinner plans again oye! Decided on penne pasta with peas, butter/olive oil and garlic. Thawed out my marinara and it tasted funny so I tossed it. Still having the tossed salad.
Chicken wildrice portabello mushroom soup......my own concoction that is oh so yummy! With hot buttermilk biscuits slathered in organic ghee.
Desert is organic pineapple chunks with heavy whipped cream....fresh lemonaide to drink.... happy eating!
