Tonight: Tupy's in Frisco, TX. There, I had chicken flautas, a spinach enchilada with sour cream sauce, two beef enchiladas with chili, plus rice, beans, guacamole, chips, queso, and iced tea.
Chicken salad sandwich, Spanish-style chicken soup and pear slices.
