We were desperate for something that wasn't poultry or ham, so I broiled rib steaks. Broccoli with cheese on the side. Yum!

Hey y'all look Dennis had pear slices tonight instead of grapes. We are just playing with you Dennis.

Roast beef, taters, cottage cheese and apple turnover like dessert.

That's all cool! Now, if only we can get Dennis to chug some grape juice (wine)...

This was a clean out the pantry/refrigerator dinner.

Roast in crock pot, last of Italian dressing, last of homemade BBQ sauce, bunch of other stuff. Shredded it when done. Put in on last of spinach fettuccine, tossed with fresh spinach, chili water, and goat cheese. Topped with pepperoncinis, fresh cilantro, green onions and thin "pickled" red onion (well, I soaked it in cider vinegar and sugar all day ).

Roasted cauliflower and broccoli with garlic salt and fresh lemon.

Got rid of at least 10 things and it turned out surprisingly well.

At the moment, it's looking like Vincis Grassi, I have some good mushrooms and parma ham at hand so it seems ideal as a winter warmer.

Hubby woke up this morning and out of the clear blue sky he asked if we happened to have a frozen pizza in the freezer. We usually pick one up at Aldi's, Sam's or Pappa Murphys when we doing a long day of shopping. It just happened we do have one, I am going to a bridge luncheon today so would just as soon not mess with a big dinner: I guess you get the idea; pizza with some extras added..
