Whats`s on Tonight`s Dinner Menu? (frozen, shrimp, cake)

2 Chinese lettuce wraps and some pear slices.

Chinese noodles with a garlic & basil sauce I must of got a little heavy handed with some of the ingredients in the sauce turned out a bit spicy. We aren't fans of spicy here but ate it anyway.

Spaghetti and garlic bread
I'm not really in the mood for spaghetti but I need to eat the sause before it goes bad.

grilled roast with brussel sprouts, roman noodles with a cilantro sause, and cottage cheese and avocado salad...

senate bean soup, cornbread, pears and cottage cheese, iced decaf tea

Friday night -- Buffalo wings and Jamaican beef patties all courtesy of 7-11 (they were out of quarter pound bites hotdogs)

Last night -- Green beans, ox tails, macaroni and cheese (all homemade)

Tonight might very well be left overs *(with lamb shanks added in)

Spaghetti with red clam sauce....garlic green beans....pesto garlic bread....pineapple with whip cream....lemon water.... Happy eating!

spaghetti with left over roasted vegetables, I also added some left over steamed cauliflower, carrot and broccoli tossed with garlic and olive oil.
