Chicken Dijon tonite. First time! Fry, then simmer in 2 cups of white wine, terragon, bay leaf, thyme, then stir in egg yolks, sour cream and the mustard.

Ah those French cooking magicians!!! Loved it!!

Nothing really spectacular, I just took some ground beef out of the freezer and am making sloppy joes with leftover (home made) potato salad when I get home from work.
