We will be heading to our daughters in about 4 hours: most of the afternoon will be snacks and I am furnishing enough to feed the state of AR: I just finished the guarcamole, and the cookies were all done a couple of says ago. There are a couple other dips, smoked trout, Hering in sour cream, chips, both reg and bagel, etc. Our daughter has made several things as well. Dinner itself will be chicken and dumplings but I doubt many will eat much...We will do our gift exchange tonight cause our younger granddaughter will head to Hot Springs early tomorrow to spend a couple of days with her in-laws. Of course Santa and the stocking will come late tonight so tomorrow morning the kids will have a blast. BTW, I enjoy it too, our stockings are as full as the gifts under the tree and I am still young enough to believe Santa is real...
