The last of the Christmas ham in a casserole of ham, rice, corn, broccoli, onions, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese. I like all those things separately so together it should be good,

Well we are getting closer and closer to leaving so the fridge is closer to empty every hour: in fact for lunch about all I could find was peanut butter sandwhich and hubby had left over soup from last night. Tonight we are having hamburger patties, smothered in onions and mushrooms. Also we still have cauliflower left and a couple of potatoes so I think I will mash them together and make a green salad..
Wednesday: tough day, I'm beat. Tonight steak with leftover pasta from last night
