Last night I made carmelized onions with chicken and balsamic vinegar, peas/carrots and cauliflower bake. I also made a peach crisp for dessert. Haven't had peach crisp since the summer. Tonight is herbed chicken legs in the crockpot for hubby and left overs from last nights dinner for me.
Kitchen sink salad...A pasta salad with shrimp, shredded cheddar, hardboiled eggs, and lots of veggies. I used Good Seasons dressing with a little mayo and dijon thrown in.
