Default Later we'll have fresh caught trout ~♥~

Our dinner of trout will happen in several hours though so we made some onion rings from scratch for a brunch using Tempura batter and we fried them in light olive oil almost smoking.
We guess it was about 360° F.
The Dipping sauce, (Our own Kitchen Creek & Company™'s formula) we made from ketchup, brown mustard, mayonnaise, Tapatio Hot Sauce with a tad of balsamic vinegar and a few drops of liquid smoke.
Other minor but essential ingredients for our sauce are proprietary.
These were some of the best onion rings I have ever had. My wife made the onion rings and I made the dip.
~♥~ Freaking Yummy !

Navy bean soup made with the ham bone I saved from New Year's. I guess some French bread to with it because Son doesn't like cornbread.
