A pre-Colombian food item ~♥~
As I type this I'm listening to the boiling of the water in a huge pot. We are steaming homemade Tamalies.
They have tender roast beef inside and we don't go by a recipe.
You just have to have the feel for the nixtamal as you kneed the lard into the masa harina.
Salisbury venison steak in mushroom gravy,
Antelope mild meat balls
Mule deer in tomato sauce,
Wild boar ribs in sauerkraut
BBQ raccoon,
Venison filet wrapped in bacon,
Pheasant,
Grilled goose breast,
Wild turkey burgers,
Salmon mousse,
Venison Italian beef
Mule deer in country gravy
Antelope spicy meat balls
Catfish balls
Turtle soup (more like a turtle brunswick stew)
Grilled Elk Sliders
Coke
Chocolate cake
Um..... dare I ask?
