Default A pre-Colombian food item ~♥~

As I type this I'm listening to the boiling of the water in a huge pot. We are steaming homemade Tamalies.

They have tender roast beef inside and we don't go by a recipe.
You just have to have the feel for the nixtamal as you kneed the lard into the masa harina.

Scalloped potatoes with ham chunks, cottage cheese, green beans and more brownies for dessert. I'll finish off the jello DD can have the brownies.
