Tuesday for dinner at a local Mexican restaurant, will be Platillo del Mar, consisting of;
Sauteed Tilapia, garlic shrimp grilled with onions & served with rice, refried beans, salad
with guacamole & sour cream, a gigantic raw whole Jalapeno and three flour tortillas.
And a sweet iced tea.
Ahh!! Today I had a chinese menu on my dinner table. There were dumplings soup, butterfly prawns, sweet and sour chicken with egg and vegetable fried rice! And in the end there was a coconut cream pudding. It tastes delicious.
Snow, cold and howling winds outside. I have a 15 bean soup thing in the crockpot with a hamhock, and onions. Plan to have that with some cornbread and ice tea tonight.
