Just a very tasty beef and vegetable stew. A nice break from Our usual Tex-Mex based meals.
Tomorrow I guess we'll use the beef that is left and use it in a batch of Tamales !
1/3 lb. Grilled Bacon-Mushroom-Swiss hamburger with ketchup, red onions and Grey Poupon Country Dijon mustard. With seasoned french fries and a tall sweet iced tea.
