My menu says London Broil, salad and cauliflower, but what it says now and what it will be could be two different things.

Pan fried chicken cutlets, steamed mix of cauliflower, carrot and broccoli and bread crumb patties (uses left over bread crumbs and egg, mix together and make patties and fry them up.) Nothing is wasted, my grandmother made these.

Well, we are in the midst of a big snow storm (probably 10-12" of snow when it finally ends ) so I am in need of comfort food!

I think I am going to make a meat loaf and have it with mashed potatoes and corn. Then I will go to bed and dream of spring!!!!

Thanks! I was quite surprised ... had checked a couple of days ago and we were expecting a couple of inches. Oops!

At least baking the meat loaf will make my kitchen warm and toasty!

Seabass this evening. Thinking of keeping it simple, some fresh ginger, garlic, lemongrass and a dash of soya sauce and either noodles or wok veggies.

My fridge freezer has to be empty by Friday so eating at home every night this week which is not my idea of fun really ! It reminds me why I hate cooking so much.
