I made my version of Jamie Oliver's sticky chicken thighs with tomatoes and potatoes. Served it with steamed veggies and garlic bread.

I am off to the bridge table to win enough money to eat: ha, ha, ha: winner gets a whole $4.00: high stakes you understand..Anyway, I put on a pot of split pea soup, I soaked the peas last night and added the ham, eggies etc this morning. Because winter refuses to leave here, a bowl of soup will be perfect for this evening..of course Texas or garlic toast will add to the meal and a nice glass of red wine..
