I'm painting my kitchen over the next few days, so I have my slow cooker over in the corner, out of the way, blip blipping, full of beef stew. I'll make some Pillsbury frozen biscuits to go with it.

Mini pizzas with arugula pesto, black olives, roasted red pepper, roasted garlic and a crumbled almond & pine nut "cheese" that my non vegan sister-in-law swears tastes like goat cheese. Coconut lime cupcakes for dessert.

Leftover chicken enchiladas and Mexican rice we had for lunch. Then.....some Blue Bell cookies and cream ice cream dribbled with Hershey's chocolate syrup. Yea, yea, yea, okay, tomorrow I will start that diet....again......maybe.

As 124c41 said, yeah, yeah, yeah, diet starts again tomorrow. Tonight it is freddys steakburgers with fried onions and melted cheese, french fries. Tropical bliss cupcakes for dessert.

burger patties cooked in a cast iron pan so they developed a great carmelized crust, griddled onions in pan sauce, mashed cauliflower with a bit of ricotta and roasted garlic stirred in, and blood orange gelato for dessert.
