Ya'll eat good! I'm proud and impressed! (We need to become friends!)

It's the beginning of Soup Season (one of my favorite holidays) and I celebrate it with a vengeance! I loved my Chinese soup the other night so I went ethnic again. Tonight I went Thai with Tom Yam Soup! Oh yeah, I went there!

So many soups have the same base ingredients. All you have to do to jazz them up is vary the veggies and use traditional herbs and spices for the ethnic flavor you want. What? I'm sorry... Campbell's who?

(Don't mind me. The soup was that good and I'm on a spice high at the moment.)

Laziest dinner ever; reconstituted half a tube of polenta and topped it with a pkg of TJ's frozen turkey bolognese and some shredded mozerella.

That's not lazy! That's merely quick and simple (and sounds pretty good since TJ's is quality stuff)! Popcorn (like my friend will have) is the Mr. Lazy McSlacker meal! But, even then, sometimes you just gotta let your taste buds know ya love 'em!
