Tonight we have chicken legs rolled in egg, breadcrumbs flavored with salt, pepper, garlic and roasted in the oven crisp, with mashed potatoes, a radish and a tomato salad and lassi. For dessert a fruit salad made from apples, bananas, kiwi, grapes, oranges, nuts,a pinch of vanilla sugar, lemon juice and a ,,shot'' of Cointreau in it .

A golfing partner/friend of mine just called and invited me to join her for dinner this evening at Longhorn Steakhouse. I accepted as I have missed seeing her while my knee recovers from total knee replacement surgery and I have been wanting to try their new. Grilled Portabella Sirloin (Topped with grilled baby portabella mushrooms and truffle cream sauce) With a baked potato (sour cream & butter) and a caeser salad. And as per usual sweet iced tea. Sound like a good time in the making.

We love the Longhorn Steakhouse, i think there was a coupon in last week's Sunday paper for a few dollars off. I really like their Wild West Shrimp (appetizer) which is delicious but unfortunately probably a lot of calories. Am not big on steak so I usually get something else, a salad etc. Anyway, enjoy and feel better soon.

Looks like we are having pork chops, green salad and I am mashing left over mashed potatoes with a turnip and adding a little butter and buttermilk. That will probably be it for us.

Going to grill a pork tenderloin, grill sliced potatoes, squash, onions, Texas toast, along with a Caesar salad and peach ice tea.

No, you can't come over. Unless you're really cute, then you can.
