I buy a chunk of cheese then cut it in 1/2" slices, and put slices of raw onions in between, then drizzle with oil, cover and put in the fridge. After 2-3 days its ready to eat.
No, I didn't wrap it, I just got the lazy way - instead in a pan, I just made it on a piece of alu foil: spray foil with oil, spray tortilla, warm on both sides, put on cheese on a half, flip over the other half, press with spatula like grilled cheese sandwich. Flip. Roast. Flip. Ready
It takes as long you would make it with regular shredded cheese. Till gets warm and melts some...
So the onions are still crunchy, huh? I just put feta and tortillas on the shopping list. Gotta try that!
Whatever can be found leftover in the fridge today. The choices are (I think) top Iowa sirloin steak that was grilled, cottage cheese, applesauce, Rotisserie Chicken, Deli Shaved Turkey, raw vegetables and some leftover steamed vegetables but I honestly don't remember.
If you don't want any of that you can always have a bowl of cereal and toast.
left over chicken cutlets for me, I am baking boneless thighs for hubby with a garlic seasoning blend on top. With that we will have peas and the little bit of mashed potatoes that are left.
