Light dinner at a friend's country club:

Roasted salmon sandwich with sun-dried tomato on a hamburger bun
Plate of fresh seasonal fruits
Cranberry juice with lime.

Taste was excellent; presentation was terrible. Sandwich was on a hamburger bun sliced in half and on a plate with NO garnish.

Italian sausage & bell peppers on baguettes, and a side salad with romaine lettuce, baby spinach, arugula, carrots and red onions. I love the farmers market!

Tonite was creative bachelor cuisine. Stoffers Lasanga, dropped into a skillet with olive oil. Crispify it a bit, drop on a ton of extra cheese, Wallah! Lol....simple is good to.

Some fresh sushi we picked up, and a nice side salad of mixed greens and herbs.

Because today is a very busy day for us: doctors appointments, Kohl's shopping, grocery shopping, going to recycling, etc. I made a chicken pasta salad for dinner. That will be about all for us, except maybe some sliced fruit and some kind of rolls. I might skip the rolls, depending on what we end up having for lunch.
