Just had Filipino oxtail kare-kare for lunch! Guess what's for my dinner?
It's still yummy the 2nd go around as long as there is still alamang
(shrimp paste) left, because it ain't kare-kare without the shrimp paste! https://www.google.com/search?q=imag...Maa6iAfp6YHoDg
I am taking the left over steak from Sunday and combining it with some of the over-stocked mushrooms I have and making sorta a beef stroganoff I guess you would call it. Also will roast brussel sprouts and fix a carrot and raison salad.
