Busy running around after work (haircut, grass seed, daughter's birthday present) so I stopped and got a McDonald's Grilled Chicken Wrap (McWrap, what else?) with extra cuccumbers and tomatoes...deelish for food on the run.
Grilled porterhouse and corn on the cob. Honestly, I may skip the meet (MEAT, I CAN spell!), and have a veg-fest. I'll add a salad, and probably the left over fried rice..... which turned out really good.
Oh! Pea, cucumber and greek yogurt salad.

Tonight we have roasted chicken stuffed with apples, onions and parsley, smothered with butter,pepper and salt and half way through roasting 1 bottle of beer poured over it and finish rosting it til the meat is tender. With that my own dark mushroom gravy, baby carrots, brussel sprouts, garlic mashed potatoes and a chilled Rickard's Red. For dessert homemade Raspberry ice cream with a shot of ,,Cointreau''.
Left over catered Filipino cuisine from a wedding reception we attended this afternoon!
We were the traditional Filipino Ninong and Ninang (Godparents)!
