Tonight it is just my DH and I, so I baked a French baguette. With this I will make ,,Matje fillet salad'' (Herring salad)
This is how I do it :

A nice bottle of white German wine and as a later snack Strawberries dipped in mocha chocolate

Tonight, it's going to be homemade jumbo chicken wraps:

extra large tortillas
spiced and baked chicken
bibb lettuce
vine tomatoes
red onion
diced cucumbers
Greek olive dressing

That sounds yummy, pj! I may copy you on that tonight, though we made refried beans today and I would bet DH has his mouth set for Mexican.
