I really feel like making cabbage rolls, but I'll need to wait until the weekend, unless I buy some Mrs. Stouffers.
I think we'll have leftover swiss steak from the freezer tonight. Maybe some noodles too.
I'm doing a Chinese-like meal: shrimp fried rice w. garlic&black bean sauce, orange chicken and pork riblets with a coffee barbecue sauce. I'm just buying some pistachio icecream and shortbread cookies for dessert.
Tomorrow nights diner is almost done, I have a pork roast in the crockpot having pulled pork sandwiches with corn and broccoli saute'd with garlic and oil.
Venison meatloaf wrapped in bacon with a sweet-sour tomato glaze, sour cream mashed potatoes and sauted green beans out of the garden.
