Of course, in a few years they'll have a study to reflect the opposite conclusion.

I've never believed that butter and full-fat dairy was bad for you. Any time large corporations or government officials tell you that something created by scientists in a factory (i.e. margarine) is better for you than natural whole foods, don't believe it.

Thank goodness, because I've always eaten butter, and I love it, and don't really care if it's good or bad FOR me...it's tasty!!!!

Too much of anything can be bad for you. How much is too much? Thats the kicker..

We were introduced to Kerrygold while visiting Ireland. Now its the only butter on the table..

Butter isn't bad for you. ODing on fats is bad for you. Eating in moderation, not so much.

Real food, full-fat, in judicious amounts, is the way to go.

It's not the butter that's bad - it's the bread. I absolutely LOVE bread. At the end of a meal I like a bit of crusty loaf, spread with butter, and drizzled with sunflower honey (try some sunflower honey if you can ever find it).

I think half the studies they did years ago were either intentionally tainted for an agenda,,,or the study group smoked, which mucked up the works and complicated results..

maybe there is no straight lines between smoking and some things (cholesterol) but im willing it did had some impact,,as in smoking does harden the arteries, and in some way maybe it does influence the results- huge amount of daily toxin ingestion with smoking
