Real maple syrup. No fake maple. I recently made a squash casserole in the crockpot, added a touch of maple. It was yummy. As a child I loved those maple leaf candies....real maple sugar.

When someone mentions maple, I immediately think of those maple bars we used to buy at the donut shop. I doubt it was real maple but they sure did taste good.

I like the taste of maple no matter in what form. I can tell you one thing, good quality maple syrup tastes a lot better than the stuff you get in the grocery store.

I'm with you on that one. I don't like maple flavored syrup or anything for that matter.

I only like real maple syrup. Not a fan of imitation flavors of any kind.

Hard to find locally, and expensive, but an interesting change-up from maple syrup is birch syrup. It's less mapley tasting, and more birchey.

I do like the taste of maple, but sometimes maple foods (e.g. iced donuts) are way too sugary and it kills the flavor.

Honestly, right now, I am so starving, I would eat a maple bar.
