Whatever the serving size is that is what you eat, well that is how I do things like that. If you have one left over stick it in a zip lock. I quit eating pop tarts because of all the high fructose corn syrup and other chemicals in them but I love the frosted blueberry ones.

I have one on rare occasion, but I eat both of them.

Kenny from South Park eats them often.

I never really ate them much til I moved in w my bf. He buys them and we will have them every once in a while if we want something sweet.

I know they hold no nutritional value and they are just wasted calories. We don't buy cookies, etc. I will make a cake every once in a while or some banana nut bread.

Otherwise, if we want something bad enough, we leave the house to get it. Sweet Frog frozen yogurt is what we will normally do if we want something sweet bad enough. Otherwise, pop tarts.

I like Pop Tarts, most flavors, but I haven't had one in a very long time. If I'm going to eat something super sugary like that I'd rather have a piece of pecan pie or maybe a piece of chocolate cake. Much, much better.

I loved them as a kid because they were a rare treat.

As an adult, I love all sorts of junk food, but pop tarts do not appeal to me in any way, shape or form.

One reason might be that I try to limit wheat in my diet. But I also just don't like the taste.

I agree but with it being just the 2 of us.... it is very bad when I make a cake or pie, etc..... Then we are eating cake every day as opposed to a pop tart once a week.

It's a discontinued flavor, but I will admit that I bought a few boxes (at separate times, of course!) of the Hot Chocolate ones. They were delish. And I'd force-feed the second one in the package to my husband ONLY so that I wouldn't feel "pressured" to eat it.

Thats funny. I used to eat the Smores ones, thought they were pretty good. My favorite ones are actually the brown sugar and cinnamon. The ones I have now are Apple Pie. BF only eats Chocolate fudge. That or nothing.

My kids eat all his pop tarts when they come down!!!!

Used to love them as a young kid but I cant eat them anymore on account of me consuming them for breakfast, lunch AND dinner during college. Even all these years later just looking at a package of them makes me very unhungry.
