Pretty much breakfast - haven't been to a diner outside of 2am in years!

Always breakfast or what we called the "drunk" breakfast:

2 eggs over medium
2 pieces of bacon
2 slices of toast with mixed fruit jelly
crispy shredded hash browns
1/2 order of biscuits and gravy
large glass of milk
lots of coffee

If to pick one food...
It will be egg for

diner food (get their breakfast platter @ 2-3 AM after bar hopping; its a tradition w. hubby & me),
breakfast (Easyover, halfboiled, omelette you name it w. tons of butter... mmmm)
lunch (egg drop soups, Ramen w. fried egg, potato salad(s) different types etc.)
dinner (omurice, quiches, fried rice, side dish of my fav. taiwan dish of tomato & scrambled egg w. garlic to eat w. rice... heavens)
snacks (boiled egg, tealeaf boiled eggs, deviled eggs, pickled eggs... any eggs)

With eggs... there is never any "leftovers"... seriously.

Now...
I can stand "Asian style" cuisine for my everyday meals...
But DH.... Not so much.

When I was younger and used to go out to the clubs we would go to the diner at 2am and get disco fries. That's french fries with melted mozzarella on top and side of brown gravy. I have not had that in a few years.

Breakfast for me too - hashbrowns, eggs over easy, sausage links. I also love diner Tuna Melts, and fried zucchini, fried dill pickle chips, steak fries, fried mozzzarella sticks...If I'm at a diner it's either breakfast food or fried food.

For breakfast: A "big country breakfast" at the IHOP, with biscuits and gravy, side order of smoke sausages and or crispy bacon! French roasted coffee!

For lunch: baby back ribs with grilled jumbo tiger prawns and a Caesar salad with blue cheese dressing!

For dinner: A rare juicy thick cut prime rib of beef, with Worcestershire and horse radish sauce with baked potato with sour cream, chives and black ground pepper and a Ceasar salad with blue cheese dressing!

Desert or Snacks: Strawberry short cake, pizza, shredded beef burritos, spicy Korean style chicken wings and the list can go on!
